DOMAIN 01
OT & ICS
Control networks, plant floor, SCADA and safety-critical systems. Passive asset discovery, Purdue-aligned segmentation, protocol forensics, and compliance against OTCC and IEC 62443.
OT · IT · Enterprise — delivery, not slideware
Fifty-plus security and infrastructure projects delivered across OT, IT and enterprise environments in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa. Every one signed off. When an estate has been sitting half-configured for years, we are the team that gets called in to close it out.
Solutions we deliver
What we cover
The name says OT, and that is where we are deepest. It is not the limit of what we do - most of our clients engage us across the corporate estate as well as the plant floor.
DOMAIN 01
Control networks, plant floor, SCADA and safety-critical systems. Passive asset discovery, Purdue-aligned segmentation, protocol forensics, and compliance against OTCC and IEC 62443.
DOMAIN 02
The corporate estate: network access control, endpoint and device visibility, network detection and response, zero-trust access, edge and API protection, and microsegmentation across data centre and campus.
DOMAIN 03
The layer everything else depends on. Campus and industrial switching, routing and segmentation design, secure remote access for staff and contractors, and the integration work that makes separate platforms behave as one.
Why we get called
Most organisations we meet already own the right technology. What they do not have is an estate that was ever finished: assets left unclassified, policies left in monitor mode, an upgrade two major versions behind, and a team that has quietly built workarounds instead of trusting the tool.
That is the work we do. We go in, close the gap between what was sold and what is actually running, and hand back something the operations team will use on a Monday morning. It is unglamorous and it is the reason our completion record is what it is.
Track record
A pattern we have now seen around twenty times. The specifics stay with our clients, but the shape of it almost never changes.
Several of these were delivered alongside the vendor's own teams. Long-standing issues closed, and accounts that had been written off as difficult became references. We are not going to name them here, and that is rather the point.
What we do
Each of these runs as a standalone engagement, as a phase in a larger programme, or as subcontracted delivery under a partner's contract.
FLAGSHIP
The service most of our clients renew. Twelve months of technical support and maintenance with scheduled onsite visits, version currency, policy tuning and a quarterly posture review. The platform still works in month eleven.
Scope & deliverables01
Across OT, IT or both. Measure the distance between your posture today and your target, then get a prioritised, costed roadmap. Not a vulnerability list.
Scope & deliverables02
Design, deployment, upgrades, classification and policy tuning - including the OT segments most integrators leave alone.
Scope & deliverables03
Network access control, detection and response, zero-trust access and edge protection across the corporate estate - banks, government, telecom and media.
Scope & deliverables04
We run proofs of concept and provide technical sales support for partners and vendors who need regional delivery capacity on the ground.
For partners05
OTCC-1:2022 and ECC for Saudi operators, IEC 62443 and NIST CSF everywhere else. We produce the evidence, not just the checklist.
Scope & deliverables06
Our R&D team reads the wire directly - OT, IoT, IoMT and IT - to explain anomalies and incidents nobody else can account for.
Scope & deliverablesFor resellers, distributors & vendors
We do not compete with the channel. We are the delivery team behind it.
OT Masters does not chase your accounts, does not undercut your licensing, and does not turn up at renewal with a competing proposal. Partners bring us in precisely because we have no interest in the commercial relationship - only in the deployment working.

Global Aerospace LogisticsHow an engagement runs
Scope is agreed in writing before anything starts, and the price does not move unless the scope does. It is the simplest reason our projects finish.
A working session with your operations and security leads. Sites, asset counts, constraints and shutdown windows agreed, then a fixed-price proposal issued.
Passive collection first - SPAN, TAP or existing sensors. Nothing is injected into a control network without a written change request and your sign-off.
Findings mapped to the framework you are measured against, each carrying the operational cost of fixing it and the operational risk of leaving it.
We implement the agreed items, hand over runbooks and train your team. An annual support contract keeps the posture from drifting back.

Delivery
Assessment, deployment and support teams travel to site across the Gulf, the Levant, Turkey and Africa. Remote engagements worldwide where the work allows it.
Field delivery, not a fly-in-fly-out model
Tell us what is in front of you. We will say honestly whether we are the right team, and come back with a scope and a fixed price - usually inside two working days.
